Onion Poultice for Pneumonia and treating Coronavirus
Easy to treat - Home Remedy ***Important***

A Tribute to the Onion -
A testimonial of how I healed from pneumopathy with a simple remedy.
This video is a simple testimonial. It has no medical claim and does NOT replace medical advice and care.
⭐️ Notes:
* If you only cut the onion but don’t crush it the poultice is gentler on the skin.
* Don’t worry about the smell- you’ll get used to it and will even grow to like it as your body feels the relief it brings.
* I ended up using the poultice for about a week after that on and off, whenever the pain or feeling of cold in the lungs reappeared. The same onion lasted several days! If this happened to me again, I wouldn’t wait for it to get this bad but would use the poultice at the first signs of inflammation.
* Apply a hot water bottle on top of the poultice for more support and relief: I carried one in a baby sling on my chest for a week!
* In the video I mention pneumonia because that was my understanding of the symptoms I’d had. As I was unable to speak to a doctor at the time no official diagnosis was made and I was advised to use the term pneumopathy instead. My symptoms were: intense and increasing pain in the chest, sensation of icy cold fire in my lungs, chills, sensation of fever, mild confusion, sputum, muscle ache, great fatigue, headaches, feeling of fullness in my tummy, strange sensation of being under water, increasing shortness of breath (but not yet severe respiratory difficulty). I’ll leave it to experts to name accurately!
⭐️ Other things I did and which everyone can do:
- For pneumopathy relief: a hot spices soup with lots of black pepper, ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin, chilli, onions, lemon juice and fresh veg (including cabbage which is a remedy for internal infections). There is an excellent recipe in the same book mentioned in the video!
- "Golden milk": milk or vegan milk with Turmeric and black pepper (you can add some honey). This is delicious!!
- For a blood cleanse and lungs relief: Nettles, cleavers, brambles, thyme and black pepper tea. Again, you’ll soon grow to like the taste as your body feels the benefits of it.
- A diet of fresh veg soup (Vitamin A) and beans, fresh fruit (Vitamin C), Salmon (Omega 3 and liver support), grapefruit, oats, olive oil and lots of garlic and hot spices. And chicken soup in the first week too.
- Lots of rest.
- Meditation / Mindfulness, deep breathing and stretching exercises, especially those to strengthen and expand the lungs. Plenty of tutorials online for these!
- Absolutely NO processed sugar, chocolate, ready meals, alcohol, added salt and fried food.
Your body needs to be "clean" and available to meet the virus, if it’s working hard to process toxins it will have less chance of coping. But don’t panic! It’s not as hard as you think. The hardest bit is actually going through the emotions attached to eating comfort food and sweet stuff. But your body will soon feel so much stronger for it and you’ll start enjoying the good stuff. I promise!
⭐️ Even more can be done with other natural medicines with the help of competent practitioners.
