7 By faith Noah, being warned by God (χρηματίζω chrēmatizō = having learned by or to be taught by GOD) about things not yet seen (the flood), in obedience or reverence prepared (κατασκευάζω kataskeuazō = built, outfitted, totally prepared) an ark (Hebrew = tabah = box κιβωτός kibōtos = box) for the salvation (σωτηρία sōtēria = forgiveness or deliverance) of his household, by which (by that action by GOD) he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
