Krayzie Bone Reads A Secret Letter. The Signs Are There, Wake Up People!

I can tell you from first hand experiences that all music does influence an individual if they allow it to. As I grew up I listened to rap like many others, I listened to punk rock & all other sorts & varieties of other music. When I listened to these certain types of music I acted & even dressed accordingly. With rap I dressed like a gangbanger, when I listened to Punk Rock/ Rap like Limp Bizkit or ICP & was a Juggalo I acted & dressed accordingly. I wore really big pants & shirts that were made from Jnco denim & Pacific Sunwear etc etc.

What I meant by acting accordingly to the music I was listening to is that I was not a pleasant person to be around. I thought I was better than everybody else. I sold drugs, I did drugs, I was a liar & a thief. I macked women like they were a happy meal from McDonald's & treated them with no respect. I had no respect for others because I had no respect for myself. I've done a lot of illegal things that I'm not proud of. I'm lucky that I was smart enough to not get caught or was very lucky. I will say this much though, the lord kept me in his bubble because he knew I'd be smart enough to figure it out eventually. But I'm no longer that person, every day I strive to be a better person than I was the day before.

In conclusion I can say for a fact that the things we watch or listen to influence us in ways we don't ever even realize.
