Is this their covert way to depopulate, get as many to take this GO as possible - as close 100% - then simply flick the switch and watch the neurological activity of the recipients simply cease? GO, as I have shown, does allow for the transmission and receiving of electrical stimuli and it can easily integrate within the neural network of the brain (with neuron cells), so such an application may already have been developed by the shadowy states of the world and its military.
