2. Didn't predict the Soviet atomic bomb - FAIL;

4. Missed the 73 Arab Israeli war - FAIL;
5. Spent decades to try and bring down Fidel Castro - Kill Fidel Castro - FAIL;
6. Spent decades propping up the Shah of Iran which failed and they provided no indication that this was going to happen - FAIL;
7. When the Iron curtain fell in the 80's they were "completely blindsided" and they were predicting that the Soviet Union was as strong as ever - FAIL;
8. 1990 they had no idea that Saddam was going to invade Kuwait - FAIL;
9. 1998 they were totally surprised by India's atomic bomb test - FAIL;
10. 2003 they were totally confident that Iraq had "weapons of mass destruction" - FAIL;
11. Creating the Taliban - SUCCESS...... ahhh..... that's a FAIL too;
