After President Trump talked about the agreement, Secretary McAleenan and Enrique Degenhart, the Guatemalan interior minister, signed the deal. President Trump then talked to reporters and answered their questions on a number of other topics, including trade talks with China, Boris Johnson becoming the new British Prime Minister and the value of the U.S. dollar.
