What again is a War-Criminal, tell me - but exactly

Some like these Germans got 10 years in fresh Sibiria. Others got death. Well earned, you say? Really? I am confused: isn`it the very job of soldiers to kill the enemies? Aha, there were rules for war, you say. Like this: the first wife of my Father, just mother of 2 little children was taken far away to Sibiria ....
By the way nearly all countries of those days on Earth had declared war on Germany. And this is still going on. I am actually a prisoner of war: I am a German. Probably I got a "life-sentance" just from birth....My homeland is being occupied not only by the Allies but meanwhile by everybody who thinks he should live here and live on my and my people`s expenses. I suggest everybody out there to do some studies about WWI and its continuation .. called WWII. May be then bits of the complacence which you can also hear here will disappear and some decency comes back.

By the way, if every one out there would demand peace with Germany they could also demand for themselves that they are not any more living under Martial Law as well, as they all do. Just a tip.
