It's a pretty easy trick to pull off once you know how it's done. Simply cycle her moves any way you like. It's important that you get to her right while she's doing ice balls. Then, while she's zooming off screen, walk all the way to the right. She'll kinda look like she's sliding on her broom if you do it right. She'll stay stuck in that animation for posterity assuming you don't walk too far left. This is actually really convenient because the next exit you need to go through is on the right. there.

As a side note, I've tested this on the left side and it doesn't seem to work.
