This is Tai Chi is a demonstration video of Chen style Taijiquan also known as Tai Chi Chuan by Laura Bonthuis. As a former badminton player on a high level and a kickboxer under sensei Wim Scharrenberg in the Netherlands, Laura Bonthuis started to learn the Chinese martial arts. At the He Yong Gan martial arts school she learned Shaolin Kung Fu, Chen style Tai Chi, Full contact Sanda and Selfdefense. In April 2019 she became 3rd at the EWUF European Championships in Moscow Russia and in June of that year 2019 she won a bronze medal at the World Championships in Emeishan China.
