An excellent lecture from the late Dr. Gordon Jones. Memorial University, Newfoundland, foolishly 'updated' their Youtube page, so these lectures from the previous generation are no longer available there. I believe there were originally six: Othello, The Winter's Tale, Hamlet, Macbeth, King Lear, and perhaps The Tempest. Unfortunately, only the first three were ever uploaded so far as I can tell, and I can only find the lectures for Othello and The Winter's Tale in my saved library. There is also an interview with Shakespeare scholar Dr. Kenneth Muir which I may upload.
