If you have credit cards, pay them off and use them for only small things once in a while to keep these banker dirtbags happy and your credit score in good standing.

Start GROWING FOOD. Plant seeds and start growing fruit and vegetable bearing plants and trees, specifically alkaline food. Alkalinity is what CURES dis-ease.
