This ranch was used as an arm drop off point to be distributed to the contras, AND a drop off point for cocaine going to the USA. A January 1989 cable to Headquarters reported that the Costa Rican Government had arrested Hull on charges that included illegal arms and narcotics trafficking. According to the cable, the chief of the Costa Rican Office of Judicial Investigation had said that Hull's arrest was "based on testimony of known narcotics traffickers arrested in Miami." These traffickers had alleged that Hull allowed "aircraft to utilize his property . .. for transit of drugs to USA.”. NOW here is where the Scalia connection picks up. John Hull was with a silent partner named John B. Poindexter , Not to be mistaken by Admiral Poindexter. But the very same man that owned the Cibolo Creek ranch where Scalia died. Poindexter was involved in many secret CIA operations during the Viet Nam war as a Green Beret. He is a donator to the Democrat party. He was awarded a special honour from Obama. He is involved in secret brokerage firms operated by the CIA.
So here this too. Oscar Arias was president during this period. He allowed the CIA to move drugs and arms thru his country. Then he get a Noble Peace prise for helping the CIA involved in criminal activity.
