"The Senate voted to proceed to the bill just more than an hour after negotiators unveiled its text, giving lawmakers little time to digest its details.
The significant parts of the bill that I have a problem with that should not be a part of this bill is the red flag law portion and the so-called closing of the boyfriend loophole portion.
The anti-gun lobby and Joe Biden want a national red flag law.
Because they can't get one passed, they are now trying to pass national red flag laws through the back door.
This bill wants to use your tax dollars to bribe States to implement red flag laws to the tune of 750 million dollars using a national standard.
Essentially, this bill says, hey states, if you pass our unconstitutional red flag law, we'll give you money.
Think about that for a second." Colion Noir

Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses—such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research—as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use: https://www.copyright.gov/fair-use/more-info.html
