The politicians and un-elected bureaucrats in California truly think that everyone there is stupid. In LA County, they have finally reopened outdoor dining at 50% capacity, which I am sure will be strictly enforced. We all know it will be too with what we’ve seen has been done in the name of enforcement of coronavirus measures there. So, there shouldn’t be any issues regarding capacity being exceeded. Yet, LA County has made it so restaurants cannot have televisions on for their customers to watch while outdoor dining citing fears of overcrowding. I wish I was making this up too.
