• Emergency safety vest with id somewhere on it.
• Durable Ziplock for your items and garbage bags.
• Hatchet, knife, Leatherman. I love my Leatherman and carry it wherever I go.
• Food ready items like water, tea, sugar, soups, noodles, power snacks,
• Water bottles, up to 4 liters worth. Possibly a life straw.
• Tea light stove with good tea lights.
• Medical kit with meds and vital prescription medication if you are on any.
• Tarp of waterproof poncho, para cord, rope.
• Map and compass.
• Map of the area and one to the location you plan to go to.
• Paper with phone numbers and addresses of people in the areas you plan to go through.
• Gloves, high viz vest.
• Matches, lighter.
• Crank Radio, and or light.
