The food industry has lied to us about "calories in, calories out" for years, shaming many overweight and obese people because of something they can't control. But contrary to HAES, it's not that your weight doesn't affect your health; it does. But it's that our food is NOT what it seems. Nutrition labels often omit the important information that could save a fat person's life, and prevent crushing defeat after crushing defeat.
Today I will expose the lies of "low fat", "low carb" and "no sugar added" foods. The truth they don't want you to know, and the reason why you keep having trouble with weight loss.
