Copwatching in Spokane, WA - This stop was downtown and performed by Spokane PD's DUI special unit. A patrol unit that gives itself a fancy name to sound specialized and convince the sheeple they aren't driving unlawful patrol cars according to RCW 46.08.65. This puts citizens in more danger as it is easier for criminals to impersonate officers. It sure helps these order followers detain more of us for victimless crimes and extort money from us.
