Silent Hill 2 (Pt 3): Traveling Through Town, Neo Runs into Pipsqueak, Who Flees Into a Hospital

Exploring the second half of South Vale with Maria now accompanying him, Neosekken stocks up on items and also discovers that the direct path to the hotel has been cut off. Neo eventually enters a bowling alley, where he runs into Eddie and Pipsqueak (Laura). Seeing that Eddie is much more interested in sitting around snacking on pizza than actually being useful, Neo gives chase to Pipsqueak.

Eventually James and Maria sees Pipsqueak enter a hospital further south from the bowling alley, and they enter to search for her. However, it's quickly made clear that the hospital they've entered is dangerous, so while Neo searches the building he has to contend with new monsters on top of the old ones he's been facing up until now, and these new monsters are proving to be the most deadly out of the whole bunch Neo's encountered so far (not counting Triangle Man, AKA Pyramid Head).

And if that wasn't bad enough, Neo will also have to make sure to keep Maria out of harm's way lest she get herself killed and present Neo with a game over screen...
