Hey, this is Josh string, buddy clinic. And today we're going to talk about recovery. Um, it's been really popular lately. I know a lot of people have seen the videos from like Ben Greenfield. He's done. It's like the peptide list of how to recover, like Wolverine proves great title, great idea, and some great peptides listed.
I've personally played around with all of those and there are some great benefits. We have a little bit different take on it though. So, the peptides are great, but there's still gray area. You know, the reason you're able to get them in United States and Canada is because of this weird exemption that they're considered research chemicals.
So technically you're not supposed to be able to just buy them online, but you can. It's funny if you go on some of the different forums talking about them, people like, oh, my rat gained five pounds in the last six months. They're clearly talking about themselves. Kind of keep an annuity and kind of keep on point with the gray area of it.
The way your body heals is that once you pass bone maturity, you lose about 90% of your capillaries. When you hit bone mature, that's usually 21 for men 18 for. So now you have 10% left those capillaries. Well, it turns out that's where you have a mesenchymal stem cells live and they're really the managers on the construction site in regards to healing. They're telling everything where to go, how to heal properly.
So, they help to a point and don't get me wrong. I think that's better than not using them, but growth hormone here in Mexico, we're at is affordable.
