Sorry if I sound a bit listless in this one - one of my betta fish died yesterday (May 27) and I'm still bummed out about it. Fortunately, this chapter is purely narrative, there's not much emotion needed for it, so hopefully it's not a major problem.

Gll'-Hthaa-Ynn is rather an annoying name. I was hardly consistent in my pronunciation of it, but can you really blame me? :-P

I haven't read ahead myself, so I find myself thinking that Zamacona, and perhaps other outer-world visitors to K'n Yan, are being given the sort of treatment the Aztecs would give to the chosen human sacrifice for Tezcatlipoca. Make them feel special, right up until the moment you whack them. We'll find out soon enough!
