Militia Unit Organization- Militia Rifle Company

This is an idea of how to set up a militia company organization. The organization needs to be built around the threat you face, what you have available, and how many people are in your unit. If you are facing an armored enemy operating primarily in convoys you should have more anti-tank capabilities. If the enemy is infantry heavy and operates either dismounted or in light vehicles you should be geared more for that threat. Meaning machine gun teams and mortar teams. If your enemy is well dug in on fortified bases and does not leave them often you should have a good heavy weapons capability. Look for examples in history and modify an organization to fit your needs.
