All organizations that are secret or “cultish” in nature are viewed by the government as suspicious and are closely watched and infiltrated. And certainly given the power and influence...that comes with the gathering together of so many rich and famous people, those organizations could pose a potential threat to the government (per Dr. Robert Duncan).
Of course, if you were really a member of the global élite, you'd know the world is ruled by a powerful, secretive few. I am not talking about Skull & Bones and other peon groups, though many members of those groups have later risen to powerful positions. But Skull and Bones, etc., is small potatoes compared with the mysterious cabals - tribes within the Deep State & Shadow Government constantly jockeying for power and control - that occupy or control virtually every seat of power, from the corridors of government to the boardrooms of Wall Street.
So, a tactic that the Shadow Government & Deep State is notorious for is to redirect suspicion and anger away from themselves towards so-called 'threatening groups'. It is called 'INDIRECTION'. A good example of this are satanic cults and other occultic or cryptic groups, such as white supremacists.
Contrary to popular opinion, NSA Head General, Michael Aquino, was never a Satanist. That was all a cover story and a public prop. He was a 'Thatanist'! Thatanism is the study of death. Not just physical death, but social death, emotional death, psychological death, etc. They use satanic cults and other cryptic groups to locate, train, recruit, decieve, manipulate etc., such people for the purpose of training research and development in Mind Control (Artificial Super Intelligence) technologies.
Secret Societies and Satanic Cults are created and/or infiltrated in order to locate and recruit such people as members of cults and other secret groups are more easily decieved and manipulated due to their cryptic belief systems, self importance and illusory pride. It's much easier to locate Sociopaths (Hot-Headed) and Psychopaths (Cold-Blooded) if you know where to look.
Rape and sexual molestation experiments on the most vulnerable, especially women and young children, and other such insidious evils, are based on what is termed Satanic Ritual Abuse and are truly the stuff of nightmares. The horrific torture and sexual abuse of children has been a key component in the creation of mind-controlled slaves.
Missing children, sexual abuse of children and pedophilia around the world all point to the involvement of an organized network of high-level criminals who covertly operate outside the control of the legal system. Former FBI Special Agent and private investigator Ted Gunderson agrees:

Now you know what happened to the murdered child, 'Jon-Benet Ramsey', and why? Notice her death, after the child was brutally raped, was caused by blunt force trauma to head, etc., which were the hallmarks of an occultic ritual sacrifice.
The brutal death of 'Jon-Benet Ramsey' and the subsequent main-stream news media masquerade (Government Talking-Points Propaganda Machine) that followed it was another cycle for training research & development in how to captivate the American public and foreign press to force the domestic and global population into emotional responses which could be remotely measured for training research and development in Artificial Super Intelligence technologies to learn & understand how to better manipulate the national and global Geo-psyche.
Just before his death, FBI Chief and Whistle Blower, Ted Gunderson, stated to the press:
