Committee member, Jon Kyl, interviews Michael Rolnice (FBI) Field Agent in Washington, and anonymous FBI agent (NYC) and anonymous CIA agent. Kyl states that sensitive information that caters to the safety of the country should be made after the inquiry is finished. Kyl then begins his line of inquiry which are in regards to the disparity of which agency had the "legal authority" to extract information. The intelligence agencies, Kyl claims, were "overwhelmed" with data which staffers in the Intelligence Community were inadequate.Another point of inqury by Kyl states that if the CIA had shared information with the FBI would that have been helpful in their pre-9/11 investigation, especially during the USS Cole Bombing investigation.
