Anderson Valley Tropical Hazy Sour Ale 4.0/5

Anderson Valley Brewing put this tropical hazy sour experiment out there and it turns out to be a pretty solid diet aka "Lite" brew. A nice sharp sour nose piqued my interest since I have a fondness for the sours. She hits tart right off the bat, burns fast thru the middle , dirty and dry in the home stretch before she cleans up on the finish w just a hint of the fruit notes. I liked this beer and w the low ABV of 4.3, IBUs of 12 and an SRM of 15 by my eye. She's an easy drinker on a hot summer day and with the low cal low carbs should appeal to a pretty broad market. They really ought to target this as an alternative to hard seltzer and to the ladies who'd like a bit more flavor in their beverages.
