Biden plans to create 8 million new citizens (& voters) and this would just be to start. He will do this by shifting authority away from judges to more pliable bureaucrats. The bureaucrats will follow his policy rather than the immigration law, in contrast to judges. Biden has already started a program to allow government bureaucrats to quickly approve mass asylum requests. This program will be expanded rapidly. Once these people become a permanent resident, a green card holder, they can sponsor family members to move to the US. This will be like turbocharged chain immigration. So, eight million could just be a start, the tip of an iceberg. The numbers can grow exponentially.
