Here is the Corno di Capra Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units - 1,000 ~ 10,000 shu. This pepper originates from the Lucania and Campania regions of Italy and is widely used across the country. There seems to be 2 variations of this pepper one being sweet and the other having some heat, this listing is for the one with heat. They can get as long as 3 inches and have a very rich hot peppery flavor. Plants are very productive and can produce dozens of fruits per plant! Can be eaten green or red works great for any frying dish or pickling and even dried. We found these to be best when eaten green in their early stages when seeds are still soft.
