Anti-Muslim Christians Rally Outside Islamic Conference in DC

A group of anti-Muslim Christians rallied outside the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) conference in Washington, DC, on April 20, holding signs calling Islam a “religion of blood and murder,” and the Prophet Mohammed a “murderer” and “pervert.” In this footage, a protester speaks through a megaphone, calling for Muslims to abandon their religion to “escape the damnation of hell.” He is also heard saying “Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.” Another man, standing next to him, is seen wearing a t-shirt reading: “Attention Feminists: Submit to Jesus.” Witnesses said a physical altercation occurred at one point between some Muslim attendees and the protest group, according to Storyful journalist Alaa Elassar reporting from the scene.
