Mark Stevens was the camera man and we shot the waves from the end of the Long Beach Pier. As we were carrying the equipment back to the car, a man spied Mark carrying the tripod and cheerfully asked, "Catch anything?" Mark just shook his head and smiled and said, "No. Not tonight." And the man said, "Well, better luck next time."
For the effects processing, I rented time at the Long Beach Museum of Art Video Annex . It was a very exciting experience to work with the Technical Director and create the right look, from all the different possibilities.
I like this video because it is only one single shot. It was real easy to edit.
