Welcome to this episode of Breaking Free in which we will explore the concept of self-trust. Whether acute trauma has been endured or not, all humans experience numerous time periods of self doubt. It is at these times that we wish life did come with a step-by-step instruction manual that would simply tell us the next move to make.
Some of you who have been on a self-discovery and healing path for awhile have honed your skills to be able to easily discern which direction to take when you come to a fork in the road. Some of you are just beginning and could be standing still, not progressing, because you are not sure of what to do next. Even the most seasoned, healed survivor will run up against new situations that make them question their potential decisions. Today, I am going to give you what some people may find as odd advice, but I know is profoundly beneficial for sorting things out and making strong commitments and decisions. Further, you can do so with a newfound trust you feel inside.
