More Stormy Daniels?

Stormy Daniels is back in the news. She's at it again.

On Monday stormy Daniels filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump in Federal District Court in New York, and she alleges that Donald Trump defamed her via a tweet.

Stormy Daniels alleged in 2011 that she was greeted in a parking lot while she was with her young daughter, by some "tough guy" who came up to her and let her know that she should stop running her mouth about Donald Trump. The allegation that she and her attorney have made is that Donald Trump, or some person close to Donald Trump, hired this person to strong-arm her. To let her know that she was going to be in deep personal trouble (maybe a victim of physical violence) if she continued to talk about her liaison with Donald Trump.

Of course, there's there are no witnesses to this, and I presume there's nobody to corroborate her story, so it's her word the word of a pornstar against the word of the President of the United States.

The idea now the idea is this was a person who was threatening her and her daughter's safety if she continued to reveal these things that went on between her and Trump.

So that's what she alleged, and she and her attorney released a composite sketch. She actually sat with a police sketch artist to do a sketch of this person, the person who she allegedly had the encounter with, in 2011.

Then a third party on Twitter in response to that tweet tweeted out an image side-by-side of the sketch artist rendition and Miss Daniels former boyfriend. Apparently, the two look somewhat alike.

There was a comment about them. Sort of like isn't this just a rendition of your former boyfriend anyway?

Mr. Trump retweeted that third party's tweet, and he said, and I'm quoting now from the tweet, "A sketch years later about a non-existent man. A total con-job. Playing the fake news media for fools, but they know it."

So that's Trump's tweet and that tweet right there is what is the entirety of the case that Ms. Daniels has brought, and she says that tweet is defamatory and Trump needs to pay out because of it.
