Is the UN Refugee Agency discriminating Christians

Is there a concerted effort to damage the christians in this world? I don't know, but the UN seems to not understand that muslim UN workers are negative towards christian refugees. And though this came to me in story I saw today, when researching it, I found that this is known for at least 2 years. But nothing changes. How weird is that?
