this weekend at stRIDE was extra special. we hosted our first annual spin-a-thon - which is 26.2 hours of spin (a spin marathon!!). We had 11 teams and each person on that team had to spin for at least 1 hour of the 26 hours. We also had open registration where stRIDE clients, or the general public, that were NOT on a team could pay a $30 donation fee to be apart of this event and spin anytime from saturday, december 8th at 10 am to sunday, december 9 at 12:12 pm. this event is in loving memory and honor of jake, who lost his battle in february at the age of 14. stride x jake's dragon foundation raised $21,364 for pediatric cancer!!!
