The fact that I had to fix up the scanned content on Trove would suggest that no one else has found this one, and I don't see it published anywhere. Trove link here:

I strongly suspect 'Ossian Macpherson' is a pseudonym based on the James Macpherson controversy of the 1700s over his 'discovery' of ancient Irish texts by Ossian.
