This is few years old clip, I don't know where it has originated from.
It shows you some information about 120-page report of The Jewish People Policy Planning Institute of Jerusalem (JPPI). It is entitled "China and the Jewish People: Old Civilizations in a New Era". It is essentially a guide for undertaking the infiltration and subversion of China, as is quoted in the clip. It was released in 2004.
