Listen to them breaking other companies' property (another audio recording is far more intense), screaming, yelling, using racial slurs, fighting all day and night, parents don't control any of their offspring at Parkwood Gardens and yell just as much as their kids (and worse - there's witnessed attempted murder here that's on police record)! No peace in over 3 years according to the long term tenants. No property manager on site. Capreit rented the suite out to MAKE MORE MONEY rather than actually manage these three buildings. #Slumlords
