It's not uncommon for people to sometimes have what appears to be inappropriate responses to stressful stimuli, especially when the person is younger.
YK is Gen Z, which is a generation that does what it does for unknown reasons in many cases.
There are studies that show how computers, internet and social media has changed neural pathways in those who grew up with such.
We don't know all the other factors that are effecting these kids.
Point being, don't judge YK because of his response to some of the stories presented today.
Hell, none of really know how to respond to today's world.
God help us all.
