NewsTalkZB Caller Brent Warns Looters "Bloody Horrific" in Eskdale & 1,400 Still Missing, 21 Feb 23

Brent, a shaken-sounding man called NewsTalkZB on Tuesday, the 21st of February at about 9.16am from Eskdale, Bay View, which is 9 kilometers north of Napier city. It is an area that has been devastated by the engineered [1] cyclone Gabrielle.
Brent says he would like martial law for his area because of the number of looters descending on the region. He said he and a group of others have set up road blocks and are keeping watch overnight to stop gang members from coming to rob local homes. He also advised that about 1,400 people are still missing from this area and he believes the mainstream media has been distorting reality.

Brent, who has been operating a digger and helping to look for bodies, paints an exceedingly grim picture of what is it like, said there are not enough police on hand..
