Filmmaker George Melies once again gives his audience a simple, straightforward plot as a vehicle to the most elaborate scenery, costuming and practical effects as he was capable of-and by 1911 he was most accomplished in the latter. At just over 11 minutes the film just flies by, leaving the audience a bit hungry still-
