This is noise on the line from Hormel foods, I've choked all power lines and everything. I can hear it on my TV as well. How can I tell it's Hormel Foods? Right at shift change and break times it suddenly stops for a few minutes. Then starts back up. Calling the power company about it. I doubt anything will come of it though, since Hormel is the largest employer in this town, and basically owns the city.
