The United States as an oil producing country is about to exceed Saudi Arabia’s maximum production capacity and become the largest producer globally. For decades, especially coming from the Left, there were claims being made that the low levels of oil production in the US were peak production for the country and it would never become a major producer ever again. There were also similar claims being made that globally we were reaching peak production, or were already at it as well. It appears all those people who made these claims were wrong, the US had plenty of oil to spare, and it will be quite some time before global peak production is reached.

In this video we take a look at the return of the United States as the largest producer of oil in the world.
