The Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith (ADL) was founded in July 1913 by B'nai B'rith in response to the aftermath of the indictment and conviction of Leo Frank the toilet strangler (1884-1915). Leo Frank was a Jewish serial rapist-pedophile, sweatshop operator and Atlanta B'nai B'rith president (1912-1914) who sodomized, strangled and mutilated a 13-year-old girl, Mary Phagan (1899-1913).
