Paul’s professional background was originally in Project Management, with knowledge and experience also in Property Development & Real Estate in Australia. He established PSA (Paul Seils & Associates) in 2013 to assist clients strategically, amidst unforeseen market forces.
An adept speaker, Paul has been involved with the Occupy Movement and also supports the Social Entrepreneurs’ Academy. He has travelled and worked in many countries, including the Middle East, where as a consultant, he partnered with a James Packer company based in Dubai, building it from start-up to 65 staff.
