Copwatch - Airway Heights with More Blue Privilege

Airway Heights, WA - When I saw this order follower handcuffing a guy on my way by I got to a safe spot and went back to film the scene. I got there right at the end of the interaction but was able to get a few minutes of footage. The lady was released and I was able to talk to her for a moment after reassuring her I was there to hold the cops accountable. Of course, I have to add some commentary to this video because of what I noticed with the police vehicle. Check out the video to see why.
