Arizona Legislature Sine Die
Sine Die is the end of the Arizona Legislative session. Since Arizona is currently in a state of emergency, sole power over the States returns to the Governor once the Legislature votes to Sine Die.
This video explains the pros and cons to Sine Die while the Arizona Election Audit is underway.

The Arizona Legislature is expected to Sine Die (official end of the session) shortly after the budget is completed because a super Majority of Dems and Republicans support ending the session.
Sine Die will cause all legislation not passed to die. We will possibly remain in an emergency unless Gov. Ducey ends it (this is being negotiated and explored by the Governor per insider sources).
Sine Die will also put the audit at additional risk for shenanigans because the Senate will not be in session to hold a contempt vote. Although, Sen. Boyer has affirmed he will vote no on contempt votes.
Within the budget is an arrangement to hold a joint election committee to review the findings of the election audit with the suggestion to ask Gov. Ducey to call a special session to pass additional election integrity bills. There is no requirement for the Governor to comply.
Take our Sine Die survey to let your legislators know where you stand on Sine Die. They work for you the PEOPLE!
