In this video I prepare an old timey mixture known as "uranium red". Most of the information for this prep came from sources written in the 1800s. I could not find a single mention of this stuff in any modern chem textbooks (not saying it's not there just that I couldn't find any mention of it). As to the mixtures actual composition this is also a bit of a mystery. But the prep worked and I did end up with the material described.
