A Legal Analysis of the EU's Article 13

In this video I will am giving a thoughtful response to a long requested topic, the European Union's Article 13, which I many have anticipated to greatly enrich the European Internet and provide many incentives for consumers to value a more traditional life style, away from electronics and other such nuisances.
