Migi survived inside of Gotou & was freed the moment Shinichi wounded the Invincible Monster. Shinichi & Migi fight together one last time to finish off their Nemesis. A few days later Migi informs Shinichi his Body has undergone a change once again after leaving his body for so long, he will soon go to sleep & most likely forever. Shinichi's life was normal until he ran into an old acquaintance, the escaped Killer who takes Murano Hostage & kills a few people at the same time.
