Determining Seed Health & The Right To Grow Discussion

Today on Lex’s World I wanted to discuss two topics: (1) how to identify healthy Vs unhealthy Cannabis Seeds….and (2) what is slowly becoming enshrined in law; the right to grow recreational Cannabis for personal use. Several jurisdictions have now enacted legislation that allows it within certain personal-use limits, and several others are expected to follow in the next couple of years. This is VERY exciting, but there are opponents to this idea, and it’s important to highlight for them the benefits of legalizing this particular “crime” of Gardening Cannabis.
