Nevada County Public Health Update August 5th (Begin at 13:28) Dr. Scott Kellerman
DEMAND DR. SCOTT KELLERMAN's RESIGNATION!!!
Demand the Board of Supervisors remove Dr. Scott Kellerman immediately for making terrorists threats and violation of the Nuremberg Code.
Northern California County Public Health Officer, Dr. Scott Kellerman, insinuated people not wearing masks in the streets should be SHOT DEAD by public health officers "with swift justice" like they did "during the Spanish Flu." ...How is this funny? Dr. Glennah Trochet is not much better...
How can Dr. Kellermans's statement in this public video, which was removed from Youtube, not be perceived as a "veiled threat?"
Kellerman also uses a "GASLIGHTING" technique, when, after gesturing the firing of a handgun at an unmasked civilian, he states "we're not thinking about that, right Elena?" he then grins and chuckles -- sarcastically -- because he *IS* obviously thinking about it *AND* talking about it -- but *PRETENDING* that it is meaningless and non-threatening.
The original video was pulled from Youtube and Yubanet shortly after it started to gain traction. Pascale is the devious snake who pulled the video from both Yubanet and Youtube! This is unacceptable and constitutes criminal behavior by a public servant under California and US law. Contact the Sheriff and the DA and demand a criminal investigation of the statements he made and possible coverup by Pascale of Yubanet!
I have a duty under the law cited below to report!

“Under California Penal Code Section 422 PC, it is illegal to make criminal threats. ... To prove that someone is guilty of making criminal threats, a prosecutor must be able to establish the following elements: The defendant willfully threatened to unlawfully kill or unlawfully cause great bodily injury to another person.”
California Penal Code Section 422 PC, it is illegal to make criminal threats. This offense was previously called “terrorist threats,” however it can involve any threats of violence or harm.
To prove that someone is guilty of making criminal threats, a prosecutor must be able to establish the following elements:
The defendant willfully threatened to unlawfully kill or unlawfully cause great bodily injury to another person
The defendant made the threat orally, in writing, or via electronic communication
The defendant intended that his or her statement be understood as a threat
The threat was so clear, immediate, unconditional, and specific that it communicated to the other person a serious intention and the
immediate prospect that the threat would be carried out
The threat actually caused the other person to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for the safety of his or her immediate family
AND the other person’s fear was reasonable under the circumstances.
Someone who intends that a statement be understood as a threat does not have to actually intend to carry out the threatened act, or intend to have someone else do it. An immediate ability to carry out the threat is not required.
