I have been keeping it mostly a secret since I know a lot of you will be upset with my choice to incorporate this source of protein back into my diet. For ME it works and I shouldn't have to justify what I put into my body. I also show you how I like to meal prep (Future me is thanking past me for all that meal prepping... but I am out of veggies).
